About

Lizard Tales explores the realm of modern scientific research, with the aim of sharing the wonder of our world, and the great pleasure that comes with being curious and having a sturdy appetite for new knowledge and ideas.

This blog will take you on field trips, draw you closer to lab experiments, and have you meet the hard-working and passionate researchers behind the click-bait science articles.

There will undoubtedly be a focus on wildlife, the environment, ecology etc. simply because this is my own background, and I will naturally find myself exploring this kind of work. Please forgive this bias, and enjoy.

All credit to Ellan Lincoln-Hyde for the brilliance of this blog’s name. 😍

If you’re interested in my own conservation science research, check out my (rarely updated) research blog here.

Call out to scientists and researchers!

Keen for a volunteer? I will help you out on field trips, with lab work, or even spend hours going through camera trap photos. Give me an insight into your research, and allow me to write about it, and I will help you out as best I can.
